EPC Fundation® System

Its done on site respecting the level of the ground. The piles vary in depth according to the dimensions of the established soil mechanics.
The pilot system is based on the building of a telescopic formwork which can be raised on land with natural slope without having to make ground cuts on the spot in order to level. This process allows to raise and level the house at the same time, while taking advantage of keeping the house raised in order to place facilities underneath, it can also act as a garage, as well as to avoid possible flooding.
